Darren M. Triller, Pharm.D., is Director, Pharmacy Services at IPRO in Albany, New York. IPRO serves as the Medicare-designated Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for New York State. In this capacity, Dr. Triller is responsible for assuring safe and effective medication therapy across the continuum of care including ambulatory, hospital, home care, and hospice settings. Dr. Triller completed a Fellowship, Home Health Care at the Visiting Nurse Association of Albany, Inc.
His Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degrees are from Albany College of Pharmacy, Albany, New York. Previously, Dr. Triller served as Pharmacist, Quality Improvement, at IPRO and Assistant Professor, Pharmacy Practice, Albany College of Pharmacy. Dr. Triller has published widely and frequently speaks on the topics of quality improvement and patient safety.
